"MY PASSION FOR FITNESS BEGAN WHEN I STARTED TRAINING IN TAEKWONDO IN 2008. SINCE THEN I'VE TRAINED IN 8 DIFFERENT MARTIAL ARTS AND SELF-DEFENSE STYLES. I EARNED MY 1ST DEGREE BLACK BELT IN TAEKWONDO 6 YEARS INTO MY CAREER, AND I NOW FREQUENTLY PRACTICE BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU.
I'VE ACQUIRED MULTIPLE NATIONALLY ACCREDITED CERTIFICATIONS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL SPORTS SCIENCES ASSOCIATION (ISSA), INCLUDING CERTIFIED FITNESS TRAINER (CFT), SPECIALIST IN FITNESS NUTRITION (SFN), SPECIALIST IN EXERCISE THERAPY (SET), ELITE TRAINER LEVEL I, & (SPECIALIST IN SPORTS NUTRITION (SSN).
I STUDIED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH MAJORING IN KINESIOLOGY WITH A MINOR IN NUTRITION.
I SPECIALIZE IN NUTRITION SCIENCE, OPTIMIZING PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, AS WELL AS HAVING AN IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIETARY SUPPLEMENT INDUSTRY.

I'VE BEEN WORKING IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR THE PAST 13 YEARS HELPING THOUSANDS OF CLIENTS. I AM BEST KNOWN FOR HELPING MIDDLE-AGED MEN RECOMPOSITION THEIR BODIES AND GET THEIR CONFIDENCE BACK THROUGH COMPLETE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMS.
DURING MY PROGRAMS, CLIENTS HAVE LOST AS MUCH AS 25, 50, AND EVEN OVER 150LBS+ OF BODY FAT, WHILE MAINTAINING AND GAINING LEAN MUSCLE MASS, IMPROVING METABOLISM, AND INCREASING FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & MOBILITY.
